The coldest I have seen on a car thermometer was this in a rental toyota something or another in Fairbanks Alaska. The car actually did surprisingly well in the cold and snow.

1st Generation Buick Riviera

For a while there was a pinto here in Seattle that had a flame paint job but it was reversed so the flames were coming from the back of the car. I have not seen it in a while though.
