The biggest problem with this locomotive was the angeled prop - which provided downforce - would also suck the ballast and any loose ties, fishplates, or debris into the prop. The spinning blades would then shoot it off in a random direction at high speed.

Huh. A veiled reference to a long-time railroad rivalry in that cartoon. "Onion Pacific" sounds very much like Union Pacific, and "Sudden Pacific" is either a mispronounced Southern Pacific, or Spanglish for ... you guessed it, Southern Pacific. Longtime rivals, only recently merged into one.

I visited Geohot's website in the time period cause it was linked from here, Slashdot, Wired, etc. But I do not have a PS3, and avoid buying anything Sony anyway - I'll laugh SO hard if Sony tries anything...
