I just think it's a bit silly to compare cars in such a fashion. Most of the time the comparisons are based on silly things like "they're both silver with two headlights up front." After all, that pic of the Z reminds me of this supra....

I gotta agree with Matt. The DP cars just look out dated compared to LMP cars. But I tend to watch Grand Am and ALMS for the GT cars anyways.
The real estate of a pair of widescreens is invaluable for numerous tasks in visual effects. Compositing, 3D animation, Photoshop work. That may not be the case for everyone, but there are many more uses for PCs than just reading web pages...
