Unfortunately it's Wilkerson (or Nolastname at the end of the series). They never revealed it on the show, so I'm assuming the name was heard from some cast or crew-member who knew the placeholder name. Still an obvious reference though.

Yeah it's called Value Added Tax. Basically we pay 20% on top of what a product is worth (Only the business is meant to pay it but they add it onto the bill to reclaim the cost) and by law the price you see on a product already includes the cost added by VAT
