They’re incredibly flexible, maybe a bit less than the sport ones I imagine by virtue of needing a slightly tougher sole, but I wouldn’t know for sure. The little pluses for grip on the bottom are nice when walking normally, and you still feel everything through…

As an owner of a pair of KMD Treks, they work pretty damn well indeed.
