Many parts of the F35, yes I agree. However one pretty big part that isn’t adaptable to an agile approach is the airframe. You can’t just get the airframe into production, and then change it to suit a enhancement in a future sprint/release.

Agile is also arguably the most over-used methodology in existence, mostly because it is “new and cool” and has been oversold as if it were snake oil (much like concurrency). I agree that it is amazing for efforts that can be broken down into small pieces or where requirements are vague...but there are quite a few
