Phils fans get a bad rap. Usually more bark than bite. Really bad behavior in our city is usually limited to Eagles games...especially Sunday night games. Also sometimes Flyers games if its the playoffs. But Dodgers games are far and away the worst.

This is why it is vital for programs to stick with good coaches through down seasons.  Also since success in the NCAA is so much more about talent than systems, the head guy should be a recruiter and not an X’s and O’s guy. College programs can more easily survive the loss of coordinators and assistants in the long…

Andre the Giant was 7 ft 4 in and 520 pounds, and the average grizzly is probably around 10 ft and 900 pounds. An average grizzly would easily kill Andre 1v1, so given one that’s big and ole, and with the added claws and teeth advantage, we’re going to need a giant somewhere around 15-20 ft and 1200-1500 pounds.

That’s the funny thing at the Linc — In the dozen plus games I’ve been there, I’ve seen way more fights between Eagles fans than fights with non-Eagles fans. The Vet was even worse.

FWIW, I’ve worn a Steelers jersey at an Eagles game, and Penguins sweater at a Flyers game. Both times in the cheap seats. Never once was harassed beyond friendly banter. I’m also respectful and don’t throw beer unlike the guy in the video.
