Too true. Live in NZ and we get like 30GB a month for a family of four for nearly double what my unlimited cost in Japan. I'm monitoring myself silly nearly everyday with just everyday tasks so having a service like OnLive was just completely out the question.
This...seems the pretty Japanese thing to do. My schools love to make handouts on how we should recycle paper...on brand new glossy paper...which is printed for each and every student...plus a few more just in case someone loses it.
