All the fan they can get in LA. Singular my dear.

Yes, my impression is that he was aristocracy by name only...but still that technically makes him a noble.

The impression I got was that if Corvo was officially revealed as Emily’s dad then it would invalidate her claim to the throne somehow. That said, the politics and laws of the world of DIshonored seem super fluid.

He was Lord Protector, which does make him a member of the aristocracy, albeit only in name.

I mean, he was actually a Lord remember? Lord Protector. So while Corvo didn’t start as aristocracy, he had become it by the time you get to play him.

Fun story, I recently went on a date with a female Trumper...though I didn’t know she was at the time I made the date. We got onto the subject of the UN somehow and she went off on how we should “do like Brexit” and leave the UN, as her ranting wound down, decided I didn’t want to be on this date anymore anyway and

I thought Lou Holtz was dead. Disappointed to find out he’s not.

Canadian blended whiskey? That commie traitor!

Just a picture that a cousin of his had saved. I guess they didn’t think to record it.

The same thing that makes cults a thing; a need to belong. Psychologically humans need other humans (as a general rule), we want and need to belong to a unit, whether it is a family, a nation, a political party or a sports team’s fandom. I was curious, because while he had said one time that he was a good singer, I’d never actually heard him sing. I tried to track down the episode, but there isn’t a

Not every development company needs an engine developer anymore, but that “off the shelf shit”, that’s all made and maintained by engine developers. Without engine developers, the industry would really suffer until someone could get up to snuff on what they were doing.

The idea, of course, is that everyone has needed the protection of the union coming up to prevent exploitation. The games industry is young though, and hasn’t gone through a lot of the stuff that older industries have. As you see more developers go through exploitative shit as young developers, I think the idea of

No no no, Jerry Jones made HER take a knee!

That’s not necessarily true for all of the developers though. Engine developers are hard to replace, it’s a job that requires top-quality coding skill and an extremely strong grip on mathematics and physics to do well, essentially you need to be a genius, or damn close to it. If a union could get the engine developers
