The Pokemon Go gyms and stops aren’t on their property, so suing Niantic because there are Pokemon stops and a gym in a public park is stupid. if people are trespassing on their property or harassing then they should call the cops. There’s a lot of evidence that indicates that people run faster when someone else is running next to them, actually. People push themselves harder when they have visual proof that they are ahead or behind.
