Yup. An invisible flame, producing an invisible and inodorous lethal gas. What could go wrong?
yay valve =)
Steam or Wii U, steam or Wii U? I'll probably buy it for Wii U and rebuy it on steam if it ever goes on one of those huge sales.
hah. I know what he meant, but this made me think of an alien invasion as the overlord playing Starcraft or something.
So, a cibernetically embedded version of this?
Except EA already threw the "cloud computing" argument at us, and it was proven bullshit. It's just plain old DRM. Plus, MMO games already do the "continuing in between individual sessions" thing, and while they onvously require you to be online to play, they obviously don't require you to check in every 24 hours.
What was the name of that tech that ATI cards had that rounded off polygons through software tricks? I don't remember it exactly, but I distinctly remember playing Morrowind in 2003 with that feature on. I remember trying it on Counter Strike even earlier, but it didn't look that good because it made some surfaces…
No, I did see it, it just didn't excite me much... The only high-profile exclusive is Bayonetta 2, and many multi-platform titles are not hitting the Wii U.
Looks really charming. Great sprites and animations. Love the look on their faces in the fallng bridge segment.
So, after all is said and done, my prizes for best-looking games in E3 go to... Mario Kart 8, Mirror's Edge 2 and Battlefield 4 (due to the multiplayer trailer, especially)
Yea.... I love 3D Land, but I expected a bit more. It kind of occupies the same space as SMBU, too, imo, with four-player local multiplayer and whatnot. Maybe they'll save their big Galaxy-moment for later.
wonderful 101?
Well, they *are* bringing in Wonderful 101 as a new IP (even if it's not a new E3 announcement, and even if I'm not terribly interested in it, myself).
both
Heh. When I say the smash + sign, i couldn't help but go "SMASH!"
yup. freaking gorgeous in HD. actually surpassed all my expectations.
Nintendo kotaku'd!
"controversial cosplay body pillows" is a great name for a band.
Not disputing that.
