To be fair, donating money the Red Cross is a terrible waste.

Real talk tho Red Cross is a shitty charity to donate to. They are extremely shady with handling donation funds and have done some pretty shitty things before.

The other side of this is, if the Red Cross has the money to start frivolous lawsuits like this, then they clearly have enough money and don’t need much in the way of donations.
