I've had an excellent gaming laptop for a few years (none of that "LOL gaming laptop oxymoron") and I do enjoy playing some games on my PC, and obviously some of the games on there are exclusives. There are some games that are excellent or way better on the PC that are not exclusives, such as Portal 2 and Skyrim.

Yeah, sorry for doing that. :P I only recently got over the fact that the games aren't as awful as the fanart and can actually be fun. :P

I really have no idea. But you can't deny that's probably the case, can you? If there's one thing I can say the Internet ruined for me, it's Sonic.

There's definitely an overwhelming number of worthwhile games out there. Even now, with my collection being over 600 games, there are still a lot of good games I need to track down. I may have complained that this year's E3 was awful, and it was, but at the same time there's plenty out there for me to track down and

As an RPG collector, I'm sure it would be worth it, but at the same time I've never spent that much on a single game, either. I still hope for an eventual PS1 Classics version, I can't think Konami would keep it out of that forever. Even moreso, if I decide to get a physical copy, they'll make it a PS1 Classic the

Sonic fan characters and fan art.

I suppose you are correct. I got lucky last year with Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Legends 2, and Tail Concerto (got MML for $25, MML2 for $50, and Tail Concerto I think for $18.) I was going to go after The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, but that was a joke at a MINIMUM of $160, and it's not even that fantastic of a game

""Play me, motherfucker," says Suikoden II's intro. And you should. You really, really should."

Except they could still swing in that case. And based on how the wires are attached, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of tensile strength to hold the poles up. Hold the weight of the wires to the pole, certainly. Support the weight of a giant wooden dowel rod? Not so much.

At least it makes for some interesting stories about an otherwise boring object, eh? :P

Sounds like it's not just a Columbus thing, because up here in the Cleveland area, I've seen some pretty fantastically stupid repairs as well. For instance, there is a damaged pole in the area that was hit by a truck in the winter... 2 years ago. It's not broken completely, but has a large chunk missing (like someone

It's the same artist, if I recall correctly. Waaaay back when this was originally announced, a friend of mine and I were referring to it as Shin Megami Tensei: Digi Survivor and Shin Megami Tensei: Digimon Summoner.

Money-wise, I think Sony did better for another reason. While the console is indeed more expensive, they also didn't have any out of the gate problems like Microsoft did. Nintendo didn't have any problems, but they were cheaper all along (though those were never sold at a loss.)

I like that, save for the "calling at 5AM" part. :P And unluckily for me, at my current job, my boss and supervisor are both tech saavy enough to actually figure that one out.

Back in college, I wrote a script that would start playing a rickroll when you started the computer, and put it on a few public machines. I know rickrolls are irrelevant now, but it was relevant at the time. Someone did do the desktop screen capture one to me, but I tend to go through the start menu to run everything,

It's hard to say with Nintendo consoles. The handhelds seem to squeeze a couple more years of life, but the consoles are usually winding down before their successors even hit.

Okay, can't really disagree with you.

I'm going to disagree with you to an extent. Games-wise, I think everyone expected a few things that you really failed to cover here.

It's funny, because I didn't care about this game before the 3DS conference yesterday. But what they showed just looks like fun, and I honestly can't deprive myself of that.

Luke, I agree with you so much. I was awaiting this announcement since DAY FREAKING ONE of E3. Well, even before that.
