Surprised here, too, but not quite sure what to think. I'm always happy about a main series release, though. I'm just wondering how this will play out. Obviously it could be the same as B/W with some additional content like we always get with a third version... or a completely new story, but taking place in the Unova

I have this old gaming magazine from CompUSA from years ago... it was sort of a "holiday hype '99" thing, and it had articles on all the latest games for the current systems. I remember how I was mostly excited about Pokemon, and I was getting a Game Boy Color for Christmas that year, with Pokemon Blue. I remember

I have no reason to try it out. What I said was an opinion, and I am sticking to it. Touchscreen controls for games designed with are no good. For the record, I have tried other games on a touchscreen device (tried playing Earthbound Zero on an Android phone. I found it hideously clunky. It wasn't the game or the

It's probably kind of sad here, but I'm so used to seeing these horribly written press releases and such from scams and other such things, I actually don't always see the typos anymore. They've become so commonplace, my mind pretty much glances over them and translates them automatically. >.>

I don't think it would work well for Pokemon, either. It works with the DS because the touchscreen is used only for the battle controls and a few other things depending on the particular version. But when you're walking around looking for Pokemon and your fingers are covering the screen, it's still kinda stupid. It's

I like how it says it's Pokemon Yellow, but the screens are clearly from FireRed/LeafGreen.

Definition of Activision without Bobby Kotick: THQ.

The funny thing was... I got this for $20 back in August/September on Amazon. I had no idea it had become hard to find. In fact, I haven't even opened my copy yet. I had passed on it when it was originally released due to a lack of funds, so I was picky about my game choices. (Though ironically bought a 3DS on release

I have nothing against them making a Final Fantasy MMO, but it shouldn't be a numbered game. It should be a spinoff, like Crystal Chronicles. Then again, the concept of a numbered Final Fantasy would indicate some kind of continuity between them, and that's not really true, either. Of course, as Jeryhn88 said up

While I agree with you, the fact is they are marked as such. :P So those names can't be taken by any valid Final Fantasy games. I have all of the numbered Final Fantasy games in my collection in some form, except I don't own XI and XIV. Those simply aren't present, and that's fine by me. If I cared enough, I'd maybe

XIV exists, though, it's that MMO that they can't seem to get right, and kept giving the players free time with. Maybe XV? :P

I'll probably get one eventually. You may personally find the lineup great, but I tend to be skewed towards what is popular in Japan as opposed to America. Not saying I do it by intention, but I'm more of a JRPG kind of person. (90% of what I play right there.) So if a good JRPG that I couldn't get anywhere else, and

Personally think the Vita looks great. The launch lineup... isn't really doing it for me, to be fair. I'm not going to Day 1 the Vita like I did with the 3DS (I'll get a Nintendo console on Day 1 just because of the promise of a new Pokemon game, even if one hasn't even been mentioned). I'm sure the Vita will

Yay! :D Another Shadow Hearts fan. :D

To be fair, a lot of the best SNES games saw a rerelease on the PS1, which can be played on the PS2... But yes, I'd be hard pressed to say either the SNES or PS2 is truly "better" than one another. I'd say the PS2 was the SNES of it's time, and leave it at that. It's simply the variety and the new experiences offered.

Based on their current trends, it's hard to say. I mean... if Capcom continues on the path of rehashing the same title over and over for money, eventually people will get wise and stop buying them. Yes, I realize there are original titles from Capcom that still are released, like Ghost Trick. But a company can't

Just about everyone he namedropped already have stated they do not support him. Scott Lowe of IGN even said so on his twitter: [twitter.com]
