@out-phaze: Yes, I very much have that feeling. I once believed Molyneaux's excitement, before Fable was released and all. I remember the irony about the original Fable... "Project Ego". Yeah. I realize now it was all about HIS ego.

@Chanaluss: The Jirachi is a Fateful Encounter Jirachi. It unlocks the "Edge of the Night Sky" Pokewalker course in HeartGold and SoulSilver.
@TheVegetarianBurgerKing: Yeah, it will. ^^ The thing that makes it do anything special is the met information. "Met in a Fateful Encounter". Many Pokemon with that data can have additional effects. ^^
@TheVegetarianBurgerKing: Not really... just go and download. If you've done Pokemon events before, it's nothing different.
@Eltigro: It almost made me think he was doing a Lewis Black impersonation. Either way, that was fun to watch. ^^
@Donutta: I'd apologize for the idiots I share this country with, but I realize there's no point. :( Either way, I understand your plight and I hope your sister will be able to find a way to play. And to note, I don't care for Mass Effect, but I've played more than a couple games on my 13'' Sony Trinitron that I can't…
@uzivatel: Yeah... I hear they printed low numbers because of how 'poorly' the US release did. I think they need to properly analyze the demographics instead of just assuming. -_-;
@Wizard: K isn't bad, either. At least, I've enjoyed it. I didn't play NEO, but I definitely intend to import it when I have the cash. Of course, as you said, and I've read elsewhere, 3D SRW do not sell well compared to 2D. And this had the added issue of being a 3D SRW that adds completely new things to the style…
@uzivatel: This is correct. The disappointing sales of the 360 ToV caused them to discontinue printing earlier than they have with previous Tales titles.
@BubbleF**kingBuddy: They thought localizing more crappy Naruto and Dragonball Z games would make up for it, of course. Quantity over quality!
@xxnike629xx: I really hope your comment is sarcastic. I just... really hope you're not being serious.
@Akisazame: To save the additional thread, I'm just going to point out, you more or less said what I was going to say myself, in a better manner.
To be honest, while I think the current variation of FFXIII looks great, I admit I really liked the cel-shaded look in the PS2 version.
@legendnthemaking: I am so disappointed we never got that game anywhere outside of Japan. :(
@Ritz*: I think perhaps that was what he meant. I forget if Iwata speaks English or uses a translator... but remember, he didn't speak English first, so if he did say that in English himself, that may well have come out wrong. Mistranslation, either way.
@reverend_green: Yeah. Well... $40 from Play-Asia or essentially $20 bundled with a $40 game I was probably going to buy anyway. :P
Glad Nintendo of America isn't completely stupid. I remember when they said "Oh, we're not interested in bringing the Classic Controller Pro to the North American market..." This announcement was made just in time, too... because I was considering ordering a Classic Controller Pro from Play-Asia for use with Tatsunoko…
@Fernando A. Limon: There was a Namco x Capcom. If I'm not mistaken, that's part of the Vs. series. It was Japan only... and I don't really know if they'd do it again. Namco hates money. (As well as Americans. They also very much hate Europeans. The hate for Europeans carries over to Australia and New Zealand, also.)
Meh... I read over Mr. O'Brien's article, and honestly, I had nothing to say, so I didn't. But I can see where he was coming from. As a kid, my parents didn't really buy such gifts for my siblings or me. And... to be entirely honest, I think maybe that was for the better.
