@spinning_piledriver: I'm sorry to say that's most retailers for you. At least, any that sell electronics or games of any sort. Toys R Us, Walmart, and Best Buy also have this "Sell preorders/warranties/moar gaems with teh consoles or we'll fire you" thing going on.
@Prosthetics: And all restaurants will be Taco Bell. Because Taco Bell is the only restaurant to survive the Franchise Wars. #gamestop
@wirebrain: I'm going to assume it has to do with the fact that they kept the same sprites for battles and field activities from the GBA version. Un-enhanced. They're digitized and don't look that good on the PSP. It's not really a problem for me, but I do think they could have done something there.
@d_r_e: If you had already updated to 4.2, it does not seem to affect the Homebrew Channel. This update only seems to affect the shop channel.
@Agent.AealapytsaNotxap(NotASpy): Actually, that's what you call the next big thing from Nintendo... #r4
I'm a little torn on this. I used to only play single player all the time. Technically, with my console games, as well as handhelds, that's all I do still. I don't really enjoy what online multiplayer my Wii games offer (Brawl is really the only one I have, I'm just not into the whole "play against others" thing…
I can't wait to see the Ashens review of this one...
@Tamachan87: Um. Honestly? It's not even about orientation as far as that DoA argument goes. I mean, I don't like DoA, but I suppose I'm a little off the targeted group here... (I'd be the B and T in GLBT or whatever order it goes...) DoA doesn't appeal to me because it's a crappy game, not because I prefer men.
@Jouen: I agree with this 100%. And before anyone asks, no, I'm not straight, okay? Wasn't exactly a secret, but I hadn't previously mentioned it here. Only oddity as far as games go for me? I like them to have a good story over good graphics. Seems it's "Good graphics all" for most these days.
@Sir-Lucius has no pictchar!: Honestly, I think that the rental service would be a great idea, as well... but work in a 'rent-to-own' style. If you rent something long enough to have paid for the game in full, then you get it, perhaps? I dunno, just a thought. Obviously if you're renting it that long, you must enjoy…
I am so downloading this. So many hours playing this game...
@rekenner: Isn't irony wonderful?
@KillerBee: I will say that I've talked to a lot of people in WoW that say they're leaving for Aion, though...
I completely support EA in this case. Yeah, EA and I have our differences, but I'll say this: If they get this guy out, that's great! And I can't say EA is all bad. All I have to say: Burnout Paradise. Any company that is partly responsible for that cannot be all bad.
"Kojima-san doesn't have to make Metal Gear any more".
4kids doesn't own the North American Pokemon license anymore.
@Yossarian: I love you for that. I don't even know you. But I love you for it. ^^
@Cptn.PaxtonAstypalaea(Corsair): The answer: HDTVs are all flat-panels... therefore lighter. It's so they can carry around those huge metal cards without breaking the weight limits for most roads.
