Going back and making a trophy patch for MGS4 would be a SHIT-TON of work and there is no profit in it for the company, it IS a 3 year old game at this point. For this game they're already re-working it from the ground up and are specifically designing the project to have trophy compatibility.

Honestly, I don't think that's a good idea. With a game that's competitive as Counter Strike, giving Mouse/Keyboard control against players with Dual Joysticks is....not smart. Portal 2 worked well because it was co-op number one, and number 2 it wasn't based on twitchy reactions. This is.
