Just because you worked rescue and have seen shitty breeders and owners does not mean you are the authority of how dog owners should be and not be. There is such a thing as a responsible breeder, and there are reasons to breed dogs for many other reasons than “seeing-eye” dogs.

You don’t know that. If the owners could afford a c section surgery at this prestigious vet school, I would say that this was a planned litter and the puppies all have owners lined up already.
