How are my thoughts about democracy in Russia distorting? They are pretty spot on as. The authorities are limiting the evolution of democratic values. If the citizens cannot vote in free and open elections, how are they to influence the authorities?

I have nothing against Russia as such, though I am, rightly, concerned about the democratic conditions in Russian, and the manner in which it conducts itself in its sphere of interest. Democratic values are under pressure, and Putin's Nashi-followers are borderline…

I know the letter. I live next door to Sweden, and we have similar letters æ, ø and å. But as far as I know, Börk is not a word in Swedish (or Norwegian or Danish for that matter).

My thinking exactly. Sadly I didn't read your post before throwing in mine, but my point is the same. Europe was doing just fine making fun cars in the 80s, also new ones. The pièce de résistance being the homolgated racing cars. :)
