@Kuro: Glad to hear that you are curious ;-)

@Pessimippopotamus: I can infact confirm that there are gay Jalops, myself included ;-)

@.sherpa: I admit it is a matter of 'traffic-culture', i.e. how people drive, but I still hold that people, apparently, have severe issues with giving way which results in accidents (Call it roadrage or whatever, but that is reality)

It might work, for a short while. I have come across a couple of traffic lights that were not working, for whatever reason, and yes people behave and everything is okay, but I can guarantee that it would not work in the long run. As unregulated intersections with heavy traffic becomes the 'everyday-life' people become

@TSJ: Danish police did show off a brand spanking new Focus RS a while back. It is still only a concept, and to my knowledge they haven't ordered any yet, but as they said at the unveiling: "Very few cars and driver on the roads can shake a trained police officer in the Focus RS".

While not super fast, the 5 cyl. 2.5L turbo-charged Mondeo is the work horse of the Danish police. A great all-round vehicles, and I think it looks pretty awesome in its current paint scheme.

@peterhejlejensen: My words exactly! And while we are at it, can't we adopt a common standard for power outlets. It annoys the hell out of me! I don't care how it looks as long as it is the same around the world!

Beautiful car. The prettiest Volvo ever made if you ask me. I saw a couple of them at a classic car race near where I live this weekend. They were parked together with an Mercedes 300SL, a Ferrari 275GTB and a Bentley Speed Six. To be counted among such classics is a real testament to how fantastic the Volvo P1800.

@irishman72: The RS200 holds a special place in my heart.

@EMTtech: She is indeed a fine woman ;-). She is however old enough to be my mum, and besides I'm "otherwise inclined" :-b

@irishman72: The Quattro together with the Sierra RS Cossie embodies the 80s for me.

    Now playing

I love Pikes Peak. I especially love that a French lady in a German saloon beat the crap out of a lot of guys in what was essentially tuned beach buggies.

God I hate those things. I beg to the FIFA-gods that they ban them!

Well, actually there are two cars I remember from my childhood. The first was a white Citroen BX. He loved it.... when it worked, usually it didn't. But the ride, dear god the ride, was fantastic. So much comfort. It is still the measuring stick by which I compare all new cars, it was THAT good!

@dcdttu: I never really got that telecom companies wanting to push their own variant of a phone. Let me buy whatever phone I want, and then let me decide which plan I want. Thankfully though I have never seen it here in my little corner of Europe.

@tealfixie: I got an Adobe ad which stated "Adobe lets you create without limits" Go figure...
