That's an E-stop. All the engineering cars from all the automakers have that. This particular vehicle will never be sold to anyone if it has that installed - it's still preproduction.

I bet a stock Chevy without the poser mods would have done better. It's weird for me, generally I like a more basic car with out electronic gadgetry. I like cars like the Viper, the Cobra, and even Wranglers, but between these two, I'd take the 959.
