The assertion of a misconception presupposes that one or both are either extremely stupid or not…
Gotham is actually pretty good (especially whenever the Penguin’s on the screen) , I just wish they’d get over the origin story and show us Batman. Still, it beats Agents of Shield by a lot.

Yeah, before it was comical because it was so crudely done and obviously meant as a joke. It seems that the line was crossed when it went from photo cut-outs to high-end graphics and the whole thing stared to take itself waaaaay too seriously. Now we see things like this, and it’s gruesome and cringe-inducing.
