I loved my xbox and xbox360. The 360 got more use than my ps3 ever did. However If i had to choose a console to purchase it would be the PS4 by far. That is if i wasn't part of the PC master race. With that said I might just pick up a PS4 to play some exclusive RPGs.

If you have a solid state i doubt any speed difference would be noticeable. Windows boots in 0.3 seconds. 0.29 wouldn't be worth the cost of an upgrade.
