NP for a Willys that’s hard the hard work done, and about the third of a cost of a Roxor or side by side. I’d dump that funky bench though, and go in favor of a good old fashioned military styled tube frame seat.

The Carolina Squat. It was made illegal for a reason.

Squatted-trucks.

I think what makes me different from the others in the car scene is that I’m not really that into performance or engines. I’ve done swaps and turbos before and it took me a while to realize I was only doing that because that’s what this scene was telling me to do, not because I actually cared about it.

Right-on-red was introduced in the 1970s as a fuel saving measure. That time has long since passed, with hybrid powertrains and stop-start systems doing more to reduce idling, emissions, and fuel consumption.

Yeah. Racing in a residential neighborhood. Fucking brilliant.

The transmissions themselves- as a concept- are not bad. There are many different factors that come into play: Quality of the transmission. Whatever company Nissan uses makes shit CVTs. OTOH Subaru has been sticking these in cars since the 80's and theirs are pretty good.

Don’t forget to account for the 25-30% (or more) reduction in range when it gets cold outside too.

I don’t know what you are smoking saying most gas cars have 200 miles range...

One day I was driving my large sport packaged pretentious sedan with giant brakes and big sticky tires. I was cruising along quite safely when a police officer pulled me over speeding in an overused near end of life Explorer.
