No, actually, that's expensive as to what they should cost. However, that has nothing to do with what Plunkett was talking about.

Perhaps I overstated a bit. But, I'm very interested in the new controller the design. My biggest concerns would be battery life, power, the controller's size and how devs utilize the controller.

Yeah, those were my thoughts exactly. Especially when you consider an RPG, like many companies have been wanting to make movies out of theirs. It just doesn't make much sense, there's no way you're going to be able to put all that story into one movie.

Hmmm? What do you mean?

I've always said the Wii was stupid. I could care less about motion controls. It's the built in screen on the controller that has me interested.

His concern is misplaced. The Wii U has amazing potential. The issue is whether or not developers will actually utilize it to it's fullest, or just throw gimicks at it until everyone is sick of the thing.

Yeah, that's one of the things I really like about HBO, is that they tend to have big budgets and incredible talent in terms of effects and writing.

I agree, and usually if I do not like an HBO show, it's because I just don't like the genre and not because it's low in quality.

Is it just me, or does the idea of an HBO miniseries sound a lot better than a movie for most games?

Because movies are often announced even long before they start production, whereas games are usually only announced about half or more through production.

I gotta say, the three eyed glow in the dark goggles thing is really stupid. But it does look really cool.

Well then I stand corrected. I didn't much care for Epic Mickey, so only thing I know about it is that it's Disney's version of a post apocalyptic world. Which I'm probably wrong about that too. :P

By act more, I mean produce games that aren't violent.

Then he should complain less and act more. I'm not saying he's a douchebag, because honestly, that's over the top. But he is in a position where he can act on his complaints and should do so.

I love ultraviolence and I'm not going to stop loving ultraviolence because the new Hipster trend wants to tell me that violence is bad. Fuckin hippies.

You're moving the goal post. But even so, a number of "Russians are the bad guys" aren't always "all Russians are evil."

All four examples were present day, but two of the three involve aliens, one involves time travel.

Not everything to do with the president is a political statement, Owen. I can't speak to the instance you refer. But sometimes, people just like to take the piss out of the president because he is the president and no other reason.
