The complaint seems petty on the surface, but if you look post the surface, look deeper at the actual meat of the complaint, he actually has a valid point.

I would love to see more competition for publishers. At the moment, it's just a few companies that aren't really competing with each other as much as they are competing with the customers. Sounds weird, don't it? But I refer to their DLC, DRM and Project $10 tactics.
