Nah, another guy in the comments section had it right. “Nut juice.”

Stop calling it that. Milk has a scientific definition. It cannot be secreted from almonds, soy, or your over-inflated ego.
I’m just glad we had a cultural controversy for which Sir Mix-a-Lot was legitimately the proper authority to weigh in.
As a kid in way back in ancient history, thousands of black/Mexican/poor kids in my city lined up with our parents in a local park... to get vaccinated. The vaccinations were sponsored by.. the Black Panther party because many poor folk without health insurance were not vaccinated. We were in a local park. Thousands…
Right? Like maybe you shouldn’t think you can make decisions about vaccines if you don’t know the difference between “reliable ( like vaccines are!) or liable ( which people who treat their sick kid with maple fucking syrup are)
Pretty sure that was included so we know how stupid they are. Also, how their main concern is for how they’d be treated, not, you know, the possibility of their child dying.
I think they meant “liable?” As in, if their children drop dead of a particularly nasty strain of measles they don’t want to get in trouble, I guess.
“Held reliable”.
Once I’m sitting at a theater, the first thing I do is find all the exits just in case. Doesn’t it make you feel so FREE?
Like Gabrielle Giffords? They still didn’t care.
I’m a naturally anxious person, but does anyone find their anxiety about being in public spaces has gone up? Like, are you purposely avoiding doing things because of your fears that this would be a place where someone would freak out and open fire?
You also have to apply for a permit to have a rally.
I think that’s how they speak to women’s health specialists, too.
To me that’s the craziest one. It prevents a doctor asking about whether there’s a gun in the home of a patient they suspect to be suicidal or homicidal. That’s ridiculous on so many levels, I can’t believe it’s legal.
And did her logo ever get the sexy-J?
Dude. You’re talking to a former conservative on an article by a former conservative. We definitely do switch, and we’re telling you how to get more to do so, beginning with not calling us assholes with no other information.
Agreed. I usually hear it spouted by people who had no head when they were 20, and never decided to get one.
“If you’re not a liberal when you’re 20, you have no heart. If you’re not a conservative when you’re 40, you have no head.”
That’s not entirely fair—a lot of teens aren’t really educated on the issues, and if their families and friends are conservative and that’s all they know, they’re more likely to lean conservative. I was the same way (sans boyfriend) because I was raised in a very conservative Christian environment. I grew up and then…
Loved this. It so so so sums up my life politically—I grew up in rural Kentucky in a very conservative Southern Baptist family. When I registered to vote when I was 18, I registered Independent, but still voted Republican with my parents. When I was a freshman in college I was on the email list for the campus pro-life…
