One of the few movies I loved as a kid that I still think is awesome.

Says the person who corrected someone who wasn't wrong. Hilarious!

I don't believe they ever renamed it, so it still is the name of a sitcom.

Portability is definitely Stephenson's biggest weakness.

Oddly the UK Amazon doesn't seem to have it. What the fuck, Amazon?

When the man who wrote about a pizza delivering samurai hacker says that something is weird, it's probably the most normal thing in the world.

I don't believe it's illegal. At worst, it would only violate the terms of the game.

I presume he was thrown off by the "shake the cops" part. That line could be a GTA reference.

I did enjoy chopping off heads in the demo. But having to push the shield up to the gates in the beginning felt like it took forever. I almost gave up from boredom before getting past that part. Hopefully the reviews will make it clear how much of the game is that kind of thing and how much is open combat.

I won't believe that multiplayer is optional until the achievemnts are out and they're all single-player. For those who are going to argue that achievements are optional, so is getting different endings in the game, but they still made sure to point out that multiplayer wouldn't affect that.

Which is changing the answer from "we can't update" to "we don't want to."

But I've never heard of any other beta having this issue. Gears 3 made changes during the beta.

I just don't understand why they wouldn't use the latest beta build for testing. It's hard to just take their word for it that everything is actually better than what they've presented and we should all pre-order anyway.

You make it sound like King Kong is a completely shit game, but it was actually quite well received. It may not look good now, but at the time it was held up as an example of the graphics next gen systems were capable of producing.

I support Bill Russell.

I thought the language was actually less noticeable in Bulletstorm than Bad Company 2 because it was so varied and creative. In BC, I just remember a lot of "fuck." Same reason I hate the movie Blair Witch Project, actually.

I don't think it's fair to blame the length of the campaign, given the success of Call of Duty. I liked that the campaign was focused on telling a story and didn't have (much) filler. There's plenty of extra play-time in the Echoes and multiplayer.

It's gotten pretty cheap
