It seemed to me like it would be, but I didn't want to spout off and say something absurdly incorrect.

They could always just not allow leveling while offline. Not that people don't boost online already.
It's Lara, it'd be weird if there weren't.
Yes, they're just now starting to exploit Lara....
I was listening to the E3 coverage on G4 while playing a game and could have sworn that they started showing porn when the Tomb Raider demo was being played.
I'm not a programmer so I really don't know, is LAN support that hard to add? It seems like every multiplayer game should have it as an option.
The developers added LAN support so that they could keep working on multiplayer with PSN down and decided to keep it in the game. That's a pretty direct connection to the outage.
I hope the option exists to save to my hard drive and online at the same time and not have to choose. I don't trust my internet connection enough to not have local saves, but I'd love the security of an online backup.
B to jump? I hope the controls are configurable.
I think it's more Nerf Herder than you. I'm pretty sure a bunch of those were posted before the replies were showing up, but now that someone pointed it out....
Damn you and your accurate reporting of past statements, fucking up the bitching!
I think the title should be "Microsoft May Not Want to Watch This Footage of Kinect Star Wars"
Agreed. I have Peggle on my PC, 360, and cell. The best game with wide appeal since Tetris.
Gotcha. I've only played a little of XCom, because I suck at strategy games so they don't hold my attention for long. I guess there won't be any making fans of the original happy, then, if love of the series if completely tied to gameplay.
You wouldn't know the games he plays, too underground :P
But it did get a lot of criticism pre-release for being a "third-person shooter" and not being turn-based. If the new XCom manages to bring all the trappings of the original (in the backstory and exploration) and only changes th play-style, I think most people will accept it.
If it's a good game, I think most people will forgive it for being different from the first game. Think Fallout 3. That being said, the trailer doesn't impress me. I hope the game is more adventure, less action.
That would be kind of awesome.
No such thing as "more naked breasts than you ever wanted to see." Vein-ier than I ever wanted to see, on th other hand....
