I don't think it's debatable because the only mention of addiction is in the comments here. Neither the woman or her lawyer claim addiction and playing Cafe World is just one of the things she did while ignoring her child.

Of course my mother leaves me alone, I'm 34 not 1. I really hope that you don't have kids if you really don't understand just how horrible it is to leave someone that young unattended.

That's why she wasn't convicted of murder.

How is it not intentional? You think she accidentally put her child in the bath and then left him alone?

Or it could have happened while she watched TV or was clipping her toenails. She's not addicted to anything, she's a bad parent.

I don't understand why the judge would say she's not a bad person. She may not be the epitome of all that is evil, but anyone who neglects their child is very much a bad person.

I would guess that almost everyone has worked in retail at some point. I also have several years of phone customer service support. I didn't say that being a good employee was easy or fun, I merely implied that Best Buy employees are crap.

I don't know what I wrote that makes you think I believe higher actually means lower, but I actually do not have that problem.

Typically in this type of arrangement the "this % or this other %" scenario only comes into effect when whatever is being sold drops below list price.

If list is $10, there is no scenario where the developer gets $7 since when it's sold at list they get 20%.

I'm sure they'll be just as dedicated, informed, and engaged as their computer techs.

If I'm understanding the terms correctly, you shouldn't feel badly because the developer still gets 20% of whatever the list price is. I wonder if any other outlets will pay developers for letting them give their apps away?

I can understand the bits about 20% of list price being too low and not being able to sell for less through other outlets, but the rest makes no sense to me at all. In every scenario the developer gets at least the 20% even if the app is given away for free. I'm too tired to work the maths, but it seems like there

The preferred term is "undead American."

Many villains are psychopaths.

Major Nelson wants to know what people think on the Netflix Kinect "support," for those that would like to bitch directly to a Microsoft employee.

It was even worse before they increased the size of the queue. The first time I went through the process I was stuck on dial-up with the tiny queue size. I started to question how much I really wanted to play games.

I looked it up and this is how it works (these instructions are for the website, not on the Xbox since I've never done it that way). In your download history to the right of each item there is a link that says "Add to queue" and that's what you want to click. It keeps you on the same page and puts a message at the

IIRC, there are a couple of different links you can click on, one to view the content and one just to download. Some things no longer have a content page, but the download should still work. I've changed consoles twice since Yaris was delisted and was able to download it both times.

After you transfer the licences you have to re-download your content. It's not as much of a pain in the ass as it sounds since the whole file doesn't download.
