I just moved into a new house and am trying to decide how i want to set it all up. The current goal is to run Cat6 throughout the house for all the static devices and POE cameras. and then potentially setup some POE access points. The price adds up but the future proofing is nice

you forgot to mention that with August you’ll need either the $70 connect add-on or buy the version with the expensive add-on included.  I’ve been using mine without the connect and it works great but some of these other features really need the hub.
