The reliability issues apply to all Phaeton models (V6 TDI, V10 TDI, V8, and W12). Most Aussies and Kiwis I know who has or had one aren't happy with them. The car needs to be maintained and tuned up more often than a normal car.

Most DIY customised car(s) owners don't put a copyright protection on their cars to prevent them from being "ripped off". Without it, there's nothing Mr. Vengeance can do about this situation but feel good knowing he has the original design of a car featured in that silly movie.
