yeah, it became an invaluable tool once auto-aim became standard in the series (which was RE3 I think).

Sound and lighting are key to Resident Evil. Not only are the developers trying to freak you out, but they've also given you plenty of clues about the dangers ahead. The funky camera angles might prevent you from seeing where exactly a zombie is hiding, but the ambient shuffling lets you know how close an enemy is and…
what a joke. Guess that's 2 events I won't be watching.
it's kind of the hallmark of MMOs, they want you to keep playing.
then it wouldn't be a remake of the same game, but a new game altogether, thus, it would be ruined by changing one of the fundamental things about the game.
it would indeed be ruined by switching to RE4 style.
trust me, I'm on the same page. I didn't really like RE0 as much as any of the other classic games, but I'll certainly buy that if it comes out in HD. RE4, not so much though.
Same here, except for Revelations. They also said that before RE6 came out.
fuck. no.
Buy REmake HD to tell them you want REmake 2. It needs to happen. If this sells decently, then maybe they'll pull their heads out of their asses and ditch the RE4-6 style.
Couldn't stand them. There was no reason to make it touch-screen only, but hey. It's Nintendo : /
one of the few people who'd do that. The controls hold those games back tremendously
it's not bad. The DS games were bad. Link's Awakening was good, just not as good as the other portable Zeldas (minus the DS games, because they're bad)
Play every portable Zelda, except the DS games. Those were the only Nintendo-made games in the series that are almost CDI-level in their shittiness (mostly thanks to the controls).
I'm waiting for people who have enough common sense to realize how asinine it is to want an MMO without grinding. Do you not expect jumping in a Mario game as well?
take what you can get.
or Lions fans in general.
There's plenty of Vita games I'm looking forward on this side of the pond:
This would easily be the best looking COD of all time. It'd probably look like the cel-shaded shooter XIII (if anyone remembers that) and would have a fun colorful palette. Not saying I'd buy it, but it'd be the best chance this series has from me since BO2.
