That's weird. Both times you weren't in a mission, i.e., got "wasted"? I guess I've only had to retrieve cars from impound after ditching them (not because of death) during/around missions. Hopefully they'll be able to patch that issue.

True story, I'll be starting with properties, planes, and boats. If I exhaust those, I'll move onto the cars. I may have to buy that Bugatti Type 57, though, and maybe even the Alfa 33. Just to look at, of course.
Yeah man, for sure. I hear there's insurance, but I haven't had the chance to buy it. Maybe an online-only thing.
Yeah, I don't think I phrased my comment well enough, which is that buying a car doesn't mean that the just-purchased car then works like your characters "signature" car, reappearing always no matter what you do to it (I read that purchased planes and boats will reappear even if destroyed).
and yeah, there is a warehouse you can buy. It's over by Franklin's old place IIRC, $30,000 I think.
My take as well, unless you want a collection to look at. I guess it's realistic, but most cars are all over the place, and $1M+ for a car that you have to worry about isn't exactly worth it to me.
It should be in the police impound lot, not the garage.
For my part, I encountered the bug after ordering a $250,000 sports car off of the in-game internet while I had another, less expensive car stored in my garage. (Yeah, I know: Why buy a car when they're so easy to steal? I was hoping that I could get Franklin something zippier than his default car, to customize and…
when he started creeping forward, the platform was still down, by the time it started to pop up, it was likely below his hood line. maybe short driver, maybe driver focusing further ahead. not so crazy looking.
My cousins and I got pulled over in Utah for camping in the left lane (I wasn't driving and was in ... such a state as to be not entirely aware of what was going on). My cousin had no idea about the law and the officer let us off with a warning after trailing us for 15 minutes giving us the chance to make our way…
Funny thing, I did the same in Florence from Assassin's Creed.
I imagine the 911 GT2 RS was a run-for-the-hills kinda of car the way this Viper is described as being, but I'd still call it a "Driver's Car" (whatever that means to whomever is arguing in favor/against it at that particular moment), possibly because of the fact that only an experienced driver can get anything out of…
Perfect.
I think maybe maintenance of a relationship could be considered adequate, I mean to someone like John Travolta, the maintenance of a relationship with whats-her-name (I'm sure they've got something in writing) would certainly be of considerable value to him. He seems to consider it essential to the preservation of…
It's a wood model in the old witch's woodworking shop. Google it, I think there's a tumblr or something with screen shots from each of its cameos.
I'll have to reserve judgement until I see all the cars crossing the block. As someone who had birthday parties there as a kid, I'd really hate to see it change its ethos, but a lot of their modern exhibits are cars I wouldn't even buy in Hot Wheels form, so probably no love lost there. Hot rods are not an example…
I had no idea about that, that's really interesting. Thanks! Looking into it now, I imagine the Alpina 4.8 was derived from the M62TUB46, the V8 they used in the X5 4.6is and the Morgan Aero 8.
It is definitely a pretty phenomenal magazine, although I have to say I'm a bit more partial to their sister publication, Octane. Octane has a bit more of a focus on classics and motorsport and it's an awesome read. I take it over to cover every month.
I understand what they were getting at, but like you, an automatic isn't what I look for in a grand tourer. A 612 Scaglietti is a GT, but I wouldn't want it with anything but a manual. Same goes for a DB9.
