Yes, and?

Last paragraph, bro.

I guess I missed the part where the athletes are forced to play university sports?

Great post - are you a meter maid, IRS agent, Tsa Agent or Hall Monitor?

Exactly. Who were the victims here? Why should I care? Who gives a f*** if a bunch of insufferable marathoners are salty that they shelled out hundreds of self-satisfaction dollars and these people didn't? This post made very little sense.

How is that a "real issue"? I certainly don't give a fuck about that.

Meanwhile, I'm producing Creative Commons content all the time and encouraging people to share it, and I can't get more than 5,000 people on this entire god-damned planet to listen to it...

Four people ran around in the street for 3 hours without paying $500 dollars. I'm outraged.

I'm struggling to find the outrage here. I really am. Isn't it most likely that they probably tried to pay and get in but weren't accepted? I assume there is a lottery for this. My outrage meter is about at a 1. And, I almost never, ever say this, but I think this post is not only over the top but kind of a dickish

I understand this is not a good idea but what is vitriol about again? Am I missing something about the story? Should I be angrier?

That didn't take long. You people have this strange ability to complain about absolutely anything.

Did you make over $263,000 last year? If not, please go die in a bus fire.

there is

I give you 4 years before you're having a gender reveal party and themed birthday parties. I was you 4 years ago.

I don't know, Hip Show becomes less enjoyable when you find out all the competitors are Russian journalists being forced to fight to the death.

This was bloody magisterial. +1

Yeah, I do MapMyRun just because I like seeing progression and whatnot. A lack of that visible progression has also been known to guilt me into working hard again, so it's effective for me. Plus, it's cool on the phone app to see everyone else's routes.

Please don't think that I'm holding up the NFL as an exemplar of mature, enlightened sportsmanship or whatever, but: In football, it's generally understood that if you don't like an opponent doing a dumb dance in your endzone, the thing to do is to stop letting him go there—not to make a big dumb scene by scolding him
