The answer is two folder. It's animated in 3-d, then painted and almost redone completely in 2-d. It's quite beautiful. I used this technique a bit in my senior film.

Idk, I think it's actually pretty neat. Peripheral vision I feel like has always been something video games don't use. Is it necessary? No. Is it more immersive? I would say yes. And would I try it? I would love to.

He's saying a more powerful PC doesn't mean it runs more powerful graphics. A closed system would run better because a company can optimize for that one system. When developing for a PC they have to optimize for a slew of possibilities.
