Give it a week after release and you can usually find it for $40 somewhere. I usually just wait. If I want to preorder it, I'll get it somewhere that rewards it.

Every GTA. That is different than saying every Rockstar game. Red Dead has still not made the transition. Why? I can't say but they always usually take there own sweet time making the move to PC

I don't find it odd. Honestly I feel as though they've kept the updates coming out at a moderate pace ever since release. Doesn't hurt that GTA V is looking for a release next year.
