Ugh, now can we please get a non-movie-licensed game of Iron Man so we can get a game that doesn't suck hairy balls? Purdy please?

Mr. Frazetta you will be missed.
@golbez.omega: "Pricing per hour is only for brainless cheap people."
Isn't chocolate "vegan" by sheer fact of it being chocolate?
@Sleet: In my experience gold farming didn't contribute to the sheer massive inflation within WoW like the developers did with increasing the money supply by leaps and bounds via questing. Seems to me that an argument can be made against the developers being more detrimental to WoW's economy than gold farmers.
@Reicheru: How is gold farming equal to piracy in terms of being harmful to the industry? The gold farmer must still pay subscription rates to farm; so does the buyer of said gold. So the developer is making money. Piracy does not involve a transaction of money.
What about the idea that a gold farmer can make 200 bucks a month farming gold, or they can get a legit job in China making 80 bucks (if that) a month. There's a reason gold farming is "profitable" in China and not elsewhere.
Nice. Bungie's a quality studio and Activision is desparately in need of some depth in their core lines to strengthen their stocks. As a stock holder and investor I love the news.
Warcraft, Madden, Final Fantasy, and Mario.
@Gaucho85: You know, the term "cowboy" was a derrogatory word for black men working the cattle trains. Cow, in reference to the female and boy in reference to not being a man. Maybe we can get Al Sharpton to head up a march to stop all this racism that continues to permeate American culture... /sarcasm
@diagorus: What, if anything, about the wildwest was "PC?"
@hodayathink has not forgotten about the 70s RnB: You can't think of any? What about one "art form" being influenced by video games (i.e. film). Movies have been recognized as art mediums and movies have been influenced by video games. What about the numerous video game laws that have been attempted across the US?…
@Thut: Good point. I also think that the plethora of state and federal legislative attempts to regulate video games shows that "on some level" video games have influenced society.
The author states definitively that games have no place in Western canon, but goes on to believe that one day they will.
I will say this though. PT Barnum would be so proud of Blizzard: selling nothing for 25 bucks. :)
Damn that corporate greed! Corporations giving players something they want! Heaven forbid the corporation and the consumer come together and both leave with something they want! The horror!
@Mishraile: I've been thinking of picking this up. I've always been a fan of the table top.
Can't stand Nick Cage. Normally I avoid anything he's ever in, however I'm a bigger comic geek than I am a Cage hater. Looking forward to seeing the film this weekend.
But, but, but socialism is supposed to protect the worker. "Workers of the world unite!"
So the government's inability to do its job is turning to an evil corporation, the kind demonized by politicians, to create something that is also demonized by politicians (video games) so that those same politicians can learn different ways to do their job?
