Nah, discovery motions are the law's version of trolling and blackmail rolled into one. They're best when someone has a lot of money, is pissed, and wants to burn the whole place down with him.

What do you think they'll discover? Do you think the other 29 owners have connections to Al Qaeda or something?
"He can't name these athletes—New Jersey privacy laws and federal HIPAA regulations prevent that—but according to him, dozens of them have fought and bled in New York rings and cages."
Yes, unless you're a physician who works on one of these fighters, US health care regulations say it is unreasonable.
I was expecting this to be an article about at least one fighter either contracting HIV or Hepatitis C in a fight, or at least one documented case of someone fighting while HIV or Hepatitis C positive. Is that unreasonable?
Surely there must be more efficient ways to let these idiots kill themselves without taxing our public health system.
This scene in Horrible Bosses? *pushes chips to center*
I came upon a Youtube clip from a comic-con with Jason Momoa, Rory McCann, and Maisie Williams on a panel. Jason said that it was possible that he might return - maybe not as Khal Drogo, but as some other character. Apparently, if it were left up to various GoT crews to decide, he is the one of all the killed-off…
The Nasonex Bee is Antonio Banderas!
When the Hound said (to the effect of) "But I didn't steal his toy, I was only playing with it," it has such a vulnerable little boy insistence to it. I thought of all the times I've heard kids whose intentions were legitimately misunderstood say "But, I didn't mean this...I only meant this." Obviously, the Hound is…
I loved your mother more than anything. Wanna make out?
I'm relieved at how fantastic Pedro Pascal is as Oberyn. There was a lot of angst in the fandom when his casting was announced because people had a specific idea of what Oberyn was supposed to look like. But instead of ruining his storyline, he's turned it into one of the best parts of the season. Badass.

The video is awful enough, but did you read the letter from the superintendent to the teacher?
Why?
Removing her drivers license was the right idea.
She was shot for threatening a police officer with a firearm, not for losing her drivers license. Even a 93 year old can pull the trigger.
Why is he a dick. He has a point. He was talking about her not having a drivers license anymore. He's also right in more ways than I think he realizes, and not just about the driving either.
He owns a franchise of a business. It's not an independent business.
In no way do I condone racism...and Donald Sterling is a tool...HOWEVER there's a much scarier problem with this post -
There's absolutely nothing wrong with this guy that a GOOD ass-whooping wouldn't fix.
