BA and BF sat on the same platform as the AU released in 1998. Significantly updated though, different rear suspension designs but if you go side by side you can see the same roofline and doors. I've driven an AU2 and a BA, AU had live rear axle and the BA independent, both pretty decent steers for such big cars.
