I have none of the stuff on this list (aside from manual trans and a two tone interior dark grey over light grey, lovely), and the only ones I would pick would be cruise control (not necessary but nice for the maybe 4 longer than 2 hour (each way) drives I do a year) and leather seats (though the velour seats in mine

Got a couple of Caterhams?

Mangoooooshtaaaah! Pretty, pretty car

This whole post is basically NSFW for me

And you hit the nail on the head

maybe if you read some military history (sorry, Propaganda) you would know that the Japanese had established at various times outposts stretching from Papua New Guinea to the Aleutian islands and many places in between. Wow I am running out of troll food, I'll be back soon. Feel free to keep being ignorantly

You realize that there are links to other non-car blogs like Jezebel and Gawker on Jalopnik as well? I manage to avoid clicking on them, but surely some people are interested in both Cars and somewhat famous people being judged by people who aren't in any way their peers for behaving like real human beings now and

No, just be a bit more mature. How about being open minded and intelligent enough to realize that many people actually are interested in the incredible engineering and design that goes into many military platforms without assuming that they are cool with the effects of their intended use? If you aren't interested

It's a cool looking car with a beast of an engine. I get it. What I don't get is the blanket, 24/7, often incredibly tenuously-linked to other things Jalopnik is giving to it. Is it an excuse to talk about an awesome plane? Absolutely. There is also a totally badass motorcycle called the Hellcat (XBR cycles or

I like to play a game whenever there is a news report here on a crash, which is to guess it will either be a 5+ year old commodore or falcon. 90% of the time I'm right. Cheap power for P-platers who haven't got fully developed frontal lobes. Good cars driven by muppets.

Pretty sure there is a squadron of 29s dedicated solely to defending Polands smallgoods

BA and BF sat on the same platform as the AU released in 1998. Significantly updated though, different rear suspension designs but if you go side by side you can see the same roofline and doors. I've driven an AU2 and a BA, AU had live rear axle and the BA independent, both pretty decent steers for such big cars.

That platform was designed for LHD and RHD to begin with - VE-VF commodores/Caprice sit on the ZETA platform that also underpins the Camaro

Incorrect. We did get the jellybean Taurus from I think about 1996 to about 2000 but they sold pretty poorly.

Man that Rover 200 at 3.19 was banging

I came for the twee 50's chauvinism, and I stayed for the actually very good way of explaining cooling systems

... pew

It's my go to just-wrote-off-the-thing-I-love comfort food. I had chicken schnitzel alla panna after the second crash too (greasy tram tracks)

In my first crash I got rear ended by a car - in my case it was my fault, I decided to risk getting into the lane when the guy (coming on a small slip road from the intersection) wouldn't have likely seen me and it was arguably his right of way. Only time I ever made a dick move on a bike and it cost me. You fly off
