Judge Manuel Mendez ordered Macy’s to cut it out, saying the law only allows customers to be detained while an investigation is taking place.

I work at an ME’s office and when the yearly stats came out and it was something like 70+% of the homicides that year involved a firearm I actually said out loud in the meeting “it’s almost as if access to guns is a problem.”
