I have a friend who died in 2009 and his FB page is still there. People post on it when they get birthday alerts, etc. It's pretty creepy, actually. Someone suggested to "unsubscribe" so you don't get alerts anymore. I just did that now.

But I WANNNNNT one.

That's because little kids think in black and white. They don't have the capacity to understand nuances, or sarcasm completely. He most likely didn't understand that Batman also comes in a dark, adult form. He only has seen the cartoon version of Batman, which is admittedly, very watered down. Poor little guy. The

Mame! I thought it was you!

Or Renesemee.

Hear hear. Liz Lemon isn't exactly the best character role model either. But, I guess strong female characters who are not completely neurotic just aren't funny.

Reminds me too much of Renesemee.

Well, he's 30, so it's about the right timeline, right? Dammit, now that song is in my head.

I'd vote for me. I'd vote for me hard.

Agreed. There's a friend of mine that died three years ago now, and people always wish him happy birthday when it pops up and how much they miss him, during parties where he'd normally have been invited, etc. It's getting to be flipping creepy. I feel guilty about unfriending him though.

I thanked Jesse_Astle, but I wanted to thank you for correcting me as well.

Thank you! Sorry about the mixup but my heart was in the right place.

Seriously, isn't there a old Coyote/Roadrunner cartoon where he saws off Florida? Yeah, we should do that.

Citrus trees are awesome. I love my orange tree in batshit crazy Arizona. Solidarity!

As I read the last two, I just fanwanked how she was uh... spending her nights to keep the nightmares away. It seems that everyone assumes it anyway and isn't surprised with the further developments in an effort to thwart the Capitol.

French Toast Please!

She has really pretty eyes.

It was a depressing book 10 years ago. I would love for her to update it. However, the thought of not even being able to get a fast food job, or a hotel housekeeper job anymore is even more discouraging. (Those were two of the three jobs highlighted. I can't remember the third.)

I remember reading a recent article where Barbara Ehrenreich said she wouldn't be able to write Nickel and Dimed now, because the jobs she worked in aren't as readily available as they were 10 years ago. The jobs are just gone.

Can they do it all in one go? I would guess that they'd need to make sure all the cancer is gone first before they can reconstruct. But that's my completely uneducated guess, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
