I was thinking the same thing. I've only played the demo but it was...it was terrible. Which depresses me to levels that I'm not quite ready to talk about. I'm really hoping that NG4 will be more like the first two games.

I'm playing Storm 2 on my 360 and it's a blast. Seems I'll be skipping out on Generations if this one is coming around the corner.

Summer was that thing you took for granted (at least I did) when you were younger. It was that thing you looked forward to at the end of each school year. You enjoyed it but always had moments where you were bored or didn't have anything to do.

I just downloaded the Bastion soundtrack from the Indie Humble Bundle and so far it's pretty fantastic. I'll have to double check AW's though.

I was going to add "Except Burnout" but I don't play Burnout as a racing game. I play Burnout as a high speed deathmatch so I'll lump it in with third person shooters. ;)

Yeah, that's another one I have a tid bit of difficulty with. I just don't think I have the knack for fighting games like some folks do. Fighting games and racers seem to be my weakness but I enjoy both to a certain extent...fighters more than racers.

I find myself incredibly interested in DoA5 even though I'm terrible at fighting games. DoA4 was fun but I had a really hard time getting the hang of things.

I hate the ads myself but I think if two little blocks is enough to stop you from enjoying a game then we have other issues to tend to. :|

The pros and cons of adulthood.

I think everyone hits a gaming low every now and then. I hit one last year where I just didn't care to play anything for a whole month. It passed and now I'm back at it. I'm still playing games less but that's mostly due to other hobbies, interests, and obligations.

I wasn't even aware this was a real sport. I had to go to google because I just didn't believe it...and yep. Real sport.

I hope they bring back the good old days of slinging poop onto buildings and pedestrians.

I'm sure they only smell like grease and arm pits. They at least look like they smell of grease and armpits. Which, as we both know, is nothing like that new car smell.

I saw the picture. Read your comment and dunetiger's reply and can confirm that I didn't even notice the bows until after the fact. But now that it has my attention, those bows do look kind of strange.

I've already played and beaten both on the original Xbox. Great games. :)

It's funny because the same people who are telling you, "Hey, that's a waste of time." Are the same people who spent their last weekend watching all seasons of 24, or were out drinking and getting wasted, or were doing a million other things.
