My favourite story of the day was the revelation that following the election, Downing Street wanted to bring someone in to give a dejected Theresa May a pep talk.

Yeah, I actually listened to the recording and after he tells the story he says, “Well I guess *I* decided,” and she responds “Shocking...” in a sarcastic way, which says to me that he decides a lot of things for her. Awful.

Yeah this story raised a lot of alarms for me, mostly because I know birth control sabotage frequently coincides with emotional and/or physical abuse.
