Say what you will about Civil War II, but Nick Spencer is killing it with his Captain America books — both Sam Wilson, which is right in the middle of a storyline about the “Americops” and profiling and Steve Rogers, which is showing exactly how bad it would be if the moral center of the Marvel Universe broke bad.
