I can’t afford to eat at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, but I don’t think that it should be made affordable for me to do so.

I fear this for my father, who is retiring in two months.. he hasn’t done anything but work for 40 years, and now what? I fear he will end up spending his seven days like he spends his two weekend days: watching television. He doesn’t need the money, but I agree, why retire if you don’t *have* to?

The sleep number heated layer is the best bar none. $160 for the queen size. Both sides can set their own temperature. I find myself turning my wife’s side down after she is asleep to keep her at medium rare. 10/10.
Seniors got their pick of three paved areas first, when I was a senior I elected the lot in the front of school because it provided the quickest exit at the end of the day. Other lots were fed by one exit, so it tended to get jammed at our 2000 student high school. Juniors got dibs of remaining paved spaces, or a…
Yes, but some context would be nice. Like, that house he paid off, was it a double-wide? Or a $600k condo in Brooklyn? Is it worth it to live in said double-wide instead of living in another type of home just to retire early? Yes, these are personal choices, but it would be nice to know what real sacrifices he made to…
The validity of all of these things would be much more believable with actual figures.
What are their incomes? How much were their student loans? How much were their cars? How much student loan debt did they each have? How much credit card debt did they have? How many meals are they cooking at home and what do their…
Can you invest in this type of fund without waiting until age 59.5 to withdraw?
There are few places you can throw 70k at once, with a tax benefit, and benefit from in the future. Can’t throw 70k in a 401k at once. Sure, invest in something with a higher return and pay taxes on your earnings, and, not be able to deduct $70k ($14k/year) for the next five years.
As someone who was recently married, and went through the rigmarole of making a registry at WS, I enjoy this. But damn, I want that antler shit.
Why is there no back, middle seat?
What's really impressive is that it only went about halfway through the escape!
Got my first pair of Bombas in a Birchbox (Man) and have been a loyal customer since. They are pricey, but they’re the BEST. Also, if you register and add items to your cart and leave the page, they usually send a 20% discount email after about 24 hours.

THIS IS ALL FUCKING TRUE. SoulCycle’s ability to decrease my moodiness is worth it’s dollars. But god damnit if I don’t like the clothes like a damn fool.
KARDASHIAN PLANE.
“Of course, we don’t know for sure that these celebrities didn’t donate to Everytown or Wear Orange.” But you’re going to put them on blast anyway, and, ask for sympathy while a billionaire is funding people to sue Gawker?
Just checked, utilization isn’t calculated for my card because there is no limit reported. However, my highest balance, as you mentioned, is reported, but is not used for the utilization calculation.
I change the water daily, without plant food. I regularly have store-bought flowers last 2 weeks or more.
Unfortunately I’m in the DC bubble, IE, everything is prestigiously expensive to fit the county of Fairfax. First time homebuyer here, and I wanted to add a simple deck to my new (old) townhouse. TEN GRAND. Goodbye.
At least Manhattan has enough bridges to support in inflow and outflow of traffic, reasonably. DC has too few bridges!
