Was Jared’s rebound relationship.
Was Jared’s rebound relationship.
Also: “backdoor pilot.”
I read this review precisely to see if anyone else got that vibe from the scenes with Luke and the chef. I am surprised that it wasn’t even mentioned.
Just like every other bio-pic. Name one that isn’t.
I think Jared’s entire relationship to Gwart is simply a reaction to his breakup with Richard. His rage at Richard was misdirected—he was really upset because Richard had accused him of being a “buddy-fucker” and basically dismissing Jared’s feelings and the existence of their “special bond.” Gwart was simply the…
Also, I don’t believe Jared ever really wanted to dedicate himself to that human fire hydrant. He just thought that’s what he should do. I think he was relieved to find out he was fired.
Oh, Jared didn’t fire Holden. That was a threat.
I don’t know that I would go as far as to say it was “trash,” but, yeah, I get what you’re saying. I didn’t even think he really looked that much like him—the fake teeth distracted me throughout the movie. The thing with any bio-pic (especially the ones about singers or bands) is that there’s usually far too much…
For me, Harry’s best bit was when his pants came off and he was shaking that little ass—but pants off is always gonna be the winner no matter what, if I’m honest...
It would be really weird to bring Rita back into the picture only to immediately kill her off. Again.
I think he was right the first time...if you look very closely (and have super HD resolution), you can pause it just as the vomit starts to splatter against the glass and if you squint your eyes you will barely see the big chunks spelling out “ITMFA” before sliding down to the floor.
I guess so, maybe, but she didn’t shy away from killing Susan Jacobs, and she was a lot less of a threat to her existence than Janice. And Darlene only really received one crack to her head from Dom (not sure I would call that a brutal beating). But I suppose she could have still been a little groggy from that. Still,…
For other newbies (like me), I have a tip—I watched the Watchmen movie (director’s cut) over the weekend and it was a tremendous help in figuring out what’s going on in this series. I enjoyed this episode so much more by knowing the background history that the movie provided.
It wouldn’t necessarily have to have been that particular woman’s baby. The Comedian was fucking girls from Hanoi to the Mekong Delta—I’m sure he must have knocked up more than one.
Hell, I’d take another Eugene over any of the latest cast additions any day. Rosita I remember only because of her association to Abraham, which doesn’t really say great things about that character. I have no idea who or what Siddiq is—you can’t build a memorable character based on sweat alone.
Any character (other than Negan, I suppose) who was not around during the first 4 seasons of this show is just so completely bland and forgettable that I don’t understand why they even bothered including them. You have your typical hapless friendlies, your typical lesbians (locked in domestic turmoil—because of…
Can someone explain to me why Darlene didn’t just unload that gun into Janice and her own personal versions of Flotsam and Jetsam? They were just standing there—not reaching for their guns, not expecting for Darlene to be armed. She could have easily blown their faces off at such a short distance. Darlene knows what…
Well, I disagree completely. I thought the episode was fascinating. I didn’t find the scene with Annie’s father comforting her and trying to take the responsibility for what she had done away from her to be “lurid”—I found it to an explanation of why Annie is able to keep going after she commits such horrible murders.…
Funnt how Krysta was just meandering through her day without a care in the world during the time when everyone else was dealing with nerve-jangling, life-depending-on-the-outcome missions, when in reality, Krysta was in more danger than anyone the whole time. She just didn’t know it yet.
Hey whatever happened to Winn?
