I really appreciate your honesty. It’s easier to be honest when you’re talking to people who understand. You’re not the only person who has to narrow down their substance use one at a time! First I quit alcohol, then a month later, benzos, then three years later, cigarettes. I’m still addicted to caffeine, of course!
