The SD slot is supposedly limited to ~100MB read which is horrible; comparable to a 5400 rpm HDD.

It’s really weird this article exists, who gives a fuck what difficulty people play a game on? I do miss the days of cheat codes though, because sometimes a game has a great story but the gameplay is kinda crap and I’d rather be invincible to see it through.
