Optional ash trays. Why pay $50-$90 for an option, when all it is is one of the cubby holes/drawers (That SHOULD be in most cars) that is made of metal. I don't smoke myself, but damn if it isn't useful to have a niche that is crazy easy to clean. Should be standard.

It has been done, but it takes a ton of modification to the shock towers. I found one on sale on eBay once, but I'll see if I can find another example for you.

The depth within the squovals (credit for word: Thomas McIntyre) is enhanced to appear deeper than those divots actually are, and some people (including me) appreciate the styling trick. I believe it adds a bit of '67-68 tail look to it
